Academic mobility among higher education institutions in Türkiye

The Farabi Exchange Program is implemented between higher education institutions that conduct education and training activities at the associate degree, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels within universities and high technology institutes.

The program is designed to enable students and faculty to participate in teaching and learning activities in an academic setting different from their own higher education institution.

Mobility programs are conducted in accordance with the Farabi Exchange Program protocols signed between higher education institutions, relevant legislation, decisions of the Council of Higher Education, and official announcements published during the mobility period.

For mobility to be possible, there must be a valid inter-institutional protocol covering the relevant academic field and the official application announcement for the relevant period must be published.
