Opportunities for academic exchange with different parts of the world.

The Mevlana Exchange Program was launched between higher education institutions in Türkiye and those abroad with the Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated August 23, 2011, and numbered 28034.

The program is not limited to a specific country or geographical region. Mobility can be carried out with higher education institutions in different parts of the world, provided that the necessary institutional protocols are in place.

Mobility programs are based on the principles of reciprocity, academic cooperation, intercultural interaction, and the development of knowledge sharing between higher education institutions.

For mobility to take place, there must be a valid Mevlana Exchange Program Protocol between the institutions and the official application announcement for the relevant period must be published.
