The Bologna Institutional Coordination Office coordinates academic harmonization efforts, European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System applications, program competencies, learning outcomes, Diploma Supplement processes, and academic recognition studies conducted within the framework of the European Higher Education Area throughout our University.
About the Bologna Process
The Bologna Process forms the basis of the European Higher Education Area initiatives, which aim to improve comparability, academic mobility, transparency, quality assurance, and recognition of qualifications among higher education systems.
The Main Objective of the Coordination Office
The main objective of the Bologna Institutional Coordination Office is to contribute to ensuring that our University's education and training processes are conducted in accordance with national and international higher education standards, to increase the transparency of academic programs, and to support a student-centered education approach.
Within this framework, program objectives, program competencies, course learning outcomes, student workload, ECTS credits, assessment methods, academic recognition, and Diploma Supplement processes are coordinated in collaboration with relevant academic and administrative units.
