In accordance with the "Regulation on Student and Faculty Exchange Programs Between Higher Education Institutions" published in the Official Gazette dated February 18, 2009, and numbered 27145, and the "Principles and Procedures Regarding the Use, Accounting, Payments to be Made Within This Scope, and Other Matters of the Amounts to be Transferred by the Council of Higher Education to Higher Education Institutions for the Purpose of Supporting Domestic Faculty and Student Exchange Programs Between Higher Education Institutions";
The decision not to hold the Farabi Exchange Program for the 2022-2023 academic year was approved by the Higher Education Executive Board at its meeting on December 8, 2021.
